The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 87 "An Act relating to                                   
principal and income in the administration of trusts and decedents'                                 
estates and the mental health trust fund; adopting a version of the                                 
Uniform Principal and Income Act; and providing for an effective                                    
date" pass the Senate?"
